Ned Dixon and Peter is to have extra wages as foreman ($50) Fifty dollar, each for the year.  If we make a good crop say eight bale, to the hand ($100) one hundred Dollar, and if more than eight bale, to the hand Twenty Dollar, per month
I also agree to pay Henry at the rate of ($200) Two hundred dollar, per year if he pleases me
