The following agreement made
& entered into between W. Murrah
and laborers on said Murrah's
plantation, the said plantation lying & being situated, on
both sides of the State line, dividing
the States of Ala & Miss, in the Counties
of Pickens & Lowndes, known as W. 
Murrah's plantation.
Witnesseth, the party of the first part,
agrees & binds himself to feed, cloth,
shelter, supply medical attention, & make
such other provisions for the maintenance
& comfort of said laborers, as he has been
accustomed to do, till the end of the
present year, & when ripe & gathered, 
distribute among said laborers; one seventh
part of the corn & molasses crops, now
growing on said plantation.
The said laborers to be classed by
themselves, according to merit & each one
receives a distributive share, of one seventh
part of the corn & molasses crops 
accordingly. This provision is entered
