We the undersigned do hereby agree and bind ourselves to remain with our old Master Wm. B. Taylor until the first day of January 1866 - obligating & binding ourselves to do and perform our duty as House Servants and to perform in a faith full manner all work required of us, usually done on plantations —
The Said Wm. B. Taylor hereby promises & binds himself to furnish the [[strike]] usual [[/strike]] sufficient quantity of wholesome food — clothing — medicines — to pay all Doctors Bills and to treat all in a kind & humane manner—
