each hand, Four lbs, Pork, One Peck of meal every week when at work and molasses
occasionally, medicine and attention when
sick, and as much land as they want
for gardens

And each hand agrees to do Ten hours faithfull labor each day, when able, & the weather will admit.
In case the labores violates his contract by voluntary absence, disobedience or continued neglect, to work or leaves [[strikethrough]] the [[strikethrough/]] this place, before the crop is made & gathered he forfeits his wages
