Dear Folks,
I suppose that you are having the same kind of weather we are, - rather cold, windy, and rainy, but I generally go out for a little while at least each day. Yesterday I went up and sat on the bleachers on the baseball field for about 2 hours and watched different groups of boys [[p....ti.. ?]] and then went on and gathered some low buttercups, which close toward night and look like little yellow rose buds. I surrounded them with the long cherry blossoms, and put them on our table. To-day I got a bunch for Mrs. Pettengill. I have at least one kind of flowers on hand all of the time and sometimes, many.
I got a letter from Doris yesterday. The baby must weigh about twice what she did when she went home
