The radio is going on what seems like a church choir rehearsal. Are you hearing it?

To-day has been a wonderful day. I kept doing things at home until 2.00 or so, and then went for a walk over Maple St. and Montvale  Ave. to Woburn past  Miss Orr's house (of Boston Trade School for Girls) and the Union Golf Club house. I guess I went 3 or 4 miles, but I was not very tired. I have been eating almost nothing but oranges, grapefruits, spinach, carrots and milk for over a week now. The diet seems to agree with me. All I had eaten before going out to-day for instance was 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 lemon 2 oranges, some Post bran flakes with milk, and yet I came out fine. My stomach was nearly killing me before. My arm also is much better, although it still has far to go to get well. I am enjoying my courses immensely. School closed to-day, and Miss Garland was at home. Hilda, our cleaning lady, was here and did my rugs and cleaned a window, so
