B. is looking pretty well, thou tired. T. says it is a joy to see her improving. John Hollis has had his tonsils out, but is in very good condition now, and the baby - 3 last Feb.- is as large as a child of 5 or 6. She can make J. H. toe the mark too. 

The place here is beautiful. I wish you could see it- high on a bluff overlooking the Connecticut River. I will tell you more about it later. 

I plan now to leave here Saturday. If I don't get off on one of the trips within a few days, I shall probably appear to you in Stoughton. Meantime I shall be with the Otts. Did the storm do any damage in Stoughton?
