The woman I am with is teacher here in Cambridge and was a Sunday school teacher of mine during my sophomore year. I am rather disturbed at the possible prospects of being roped in for church affairs, but it is possible that if I can ward her off for a time, she will get used to my not going with her. I like to gang my own gait to church. Last Sunday it was to the Mount Vernon church, and his marks before to New Old South. 

I am enclosing a money order for three months' cooperation dues. I don't know, but I think it pays through April; Is that right?

I wonder how much mail I have. Not much, I suppose, as I have written no letters myself, but I should like the round robin when it comes. It usually comes from Webster of Southbridge and has his stamps on it. 

I suppose the crocuses have been up a long time now. I think it was Tuesday morning that I heard my first robin and this my first song sparrow. There are nice tall herbs just outside my windows so I have
