Dear Folks:
This is Monday night and we are still at Aunt Cora's. It has rained all day and every thing considered it seemed best not to go on but we are hoping to get off early to-morrow morning as it promises to be fair. Yesterday we took a lunch and Elizabeth and went up to the lake for a picnic. From there we went on over an old road and path through the woods and pasture to Uncle John's where we were served to some of Aunt Nora's red ice cream. She has 42 boarders. They now have five cottages besides main house. She really needs more help. What do you think of my taking a job? North Conway by Wed. probably. Lena.
