Dear Folks: 

I was sorry to hear about the colds. Did you both get them? Do you think you caught it from me?

It was a good thing that the fire didn't sweep over into your store. Do you think the Surelite set it? Perhaps it is just as well that you are situated so near to the engine house.

The letter that you forwarded was from Aunt Cora and Elizabeth. Everything is much the same up there apparently. Aunt Cora says that Aunt Blanche has not written lately; that she guesses B. has forgotten she has a sister. I imagine that she will recollect the fact by next summer though when it becomes good autoing once more and she wants a place to go to without expense.

You had a murder in Stoughton Melba saw by the paper. Was it any one you knew? Have they caught the murderer yet?

Saturday I went to Boston to see Dr. Scott. I saw Daisy too. I met five of my girls at 6 o' clock and we
