meet to see Hamlet. We left at 11-15 and the last scene hadn't begun then. We took the 11:30 train to Concord and from there came up on the electrics for double fare 40 Ā¢ents, arriving in Maynard about 12:45 but the girls said they had a good time.

Sunday I went to church in the morning; then to dinner and later for a walk with two of the teachers. Monday night we had a caller who stayed rather late; Tuesday morning a social was held at school; last night Miss O'Connell came over and we played cards and to-night I am writing to you.

Myrtle and Mrs. Hodges are both ill with colds. I am in hopes to keep well this time. I still cough and raise somewhat but may get over it in time. Saturday I go to Dr. Scott again.

I am rather concerned about your colds so shall look forward to your next letter.

I am glad things are going so well with Sid and Doris.

Love,
Lena.
