I got a new hat yesterday and another pair of boots.  I have to buy corsets and stockings too and then I hope I shall be fitted for the winter.  My hat is red.  I wonder if you will like it!  I had already paid for it when I began to be doubtful, but I got it in a very nice place and like the saleswoman, but I also asked a customer who was sitting by watching and she said she didn't see how I could even hesitate, that it was very good on me.  It feels good anyway.

The baby is well again and the brightest youngster.  When she wants to attract attention, she pretends to have a bad cough.
