Dear Folks:

Your letters came Monday as usual and it did seem good to get them.  I am sorry about Ralph Blake's finger.  I hope nothing more serious will develop.  His mother must feel badly about it.

Doris and Sid are happy now about her position, aren't they?  I do hope that the place will prove a good one.  It is too bad about the folks down stairs in their house but they may be stimulated to get a better rent because of the trouble.

About the New Jersey job!  I have not written yet for I have been busy doing other things but hope to just answer it this week end.  That can do no harm.  Miss L. was in good temper again to-day so Miss Conner said and I saw them
