Wednesday morning

Dear Folks:

I have been to breakfast and aw now going to write to you next. Saturday I went to Boston on the 4-22 to see Hamlet at the Opera House. It was good but I was tired so didn't enjoy it as much as I might otherwise have done. I stayed all night with Mrs. Barker. She didn't know me at first when I went in. She apparently thought of me as a former lodger. I am wondering if, after all, she may be a little off at times. I had intended to bunk with Daisy if she had no one with her, and so could have me, but had not counted on not being able to find her at home which, however, was the case.

This Saturday coming I go in again with a crowd of the girls to both matinee and evening performances - Taming of the Shrew and
