Sunday P.M.

Dear Folks:

I arrived safe and sound after a pretty warm journey. I saw Dr. Knight of the Little Wanderers' Home for whom I used to work when in Portland in 1913-14 and his wife while waiting in the North Station. I didn't know whether or not he would remember me but he did and introduced me by name at once. On the train a little girl sat beside me who ate one of my nice jelly sandwiches and a few strawberries which were delicious. She came all the way to North Adams so I had her company.

Transcription Notes:
"Little Wanderers' Home" probably refers to the The Home for Little Wanderers (originally an orphanage) in MA.
