Bessie says the temperature was 60 below there early this morning. every one is having trouble this winter I have got to have oil tomorrow and don't know how he can get the car into the yard, as I am all filled up, only one path to the front door. Every one comes up the path and into the front door. the Ballentines got their car as far as the road and put it back again and the girls walked down to church she staid [[stayed]] at home. the sun is good and bright we dont [[don't]] realize its [[it's]] so cold untill [[until] we go outside.very still, no wind thank God. I am in hopes it will be warmer tomorrow. we have not put on the radio to see what the weather will be theres [[there's]] been so much doing. I hope your cold is over by this time. I have finished the last dress for little Doris and hope they fit her as well as the others did. she sewed on them last night after she got his sewing done, as she cant [[can't]] be idle a minute. she is reading now a book of yours, she found in the old book case in his room. "The Twelfth [[?]]" I never knew you had it did you? I guess you do. I never remember of reading it but your name is in it. My [[?]] has just come on the program and I was hungry as a bear. she was listening to the radio her hobby, I started in to get something to eat she is never hungry and is always cold. Bessie is just the same they dont [[don't]] eat enough. she is a good hearted woman but sense [[?]] she has indigestion the same as I do. My stomach fills with gas and when I go to bed it bothers half the night. I take soda after my meals. I dont [[don't]] overeat. when it bothers I dont [[don't]]feel hungry. Beside from gas I feel pretty well so I dont [[don't]] have occasion to worry. only over my sewing too much of an expense. Ma
