Dear Doris
It has grown warmer since morning & now it has turned to rain. I washed my lace spread now it is in blueing water, where it will remain, until the own comes out. Lena and I have had our nap after dinner, we had a fish chowder which tasted good.
I am waiting now for the Bruce boy to come to pay the rent they are making up on the old bill occasionally. I don't know what he does. the boy is young to school. & his sister is studying to be a nurse she must be about through by now should think. I suppose Maude is pretty tickled with her new grandson & Ralph also its going to be very much indulged in the bringing up like them all no training is very bad for them all their lures.
I am still working on the little sweater a little while at a time it tires my stomach if I but long it on that on tool long swing. I get interested & then have to give it up for a while. I used to esochet all day & all the evening but can't do it now I guess that I'm
