The day has begun with rain yesterday it was very sunny & warm it is still warm but when it clears it is going to be cooler perhaps.

I have just called up Lena to come & stay with me as Mrs Osborne is going away. her children want her nearer so she is going to take another position where there is a good deal more pay and within a stones throw of them. she would be a fool if she did not accept the job. so this morning I called up Lena she will come befor Thursday night. I hate to lose Mrs Osborne she & I have got along very peacably & she is neat & very kind hearted. but you cant blame her or the children. they worship their mother & she is worthy of thier respect & confidence. Lena and I will get along I think somhow. you must not worry over me I am not worth it. this was going in my mind all day yesterday, before she told me about it, this morning some things I get before they happen. so you see I am taken care of by some unseen power. I hope Kelley comes to
