Today is Monday and school again.  Aunt Minerva was here today but I didn't see her she had left before I got back from school.  Got only 1 eggs today.

SEPTEMBER 28

Today is Tuesday and school.  The men are cutting tobacco today.  Mr. Showell was here today.  But I didn't see him.  Daddy, Boys, and me to Harry's.

SEPTEMBER 29

Today is Wednesday and school again.  Ray was here today he helped Franklin to milk.  Lost cow today.  Mother got 3 eggs today.

SEPTEMBER 30

Today is Thursday and school.  Daddy was gone all day today.  Mother got 3 eggs today.
