1944-Tuesday. Mother washed. Aunt Lucy & Uncle Charlie to spend day. Daddy & boys finished at White's Landing Men worked half a day.

1945-Wednesday. didn't go anywhere. pulled up weeds in the morning heard Ted Malone. warm.

1946-Thursday. To St. Pauls for the supper. Jim & Bessie Naylor & children, Frank Gararner. hot. Katie

1947 Friday. warmer. To supper at St. Paul's. Saw a Mr. Hawkins there, very nice person. Saw Marie Wilson, Maggie Helen, Earl & ate. also Allie Gibbons

hot today. cut oats today.

1945 Thursday. warm with showers. Emily & children went home with them.

1946 Friday. hot. Heard the "American Sports Review" Daddy & boys out. cut hay.

1947 Saturday. warm out. John Bonds hauled hay today. Daddy & boys out.
