1944- Saturday. To Dr. Badar's at 9:30 a.m. Daddy & boys out in early afternoon. warm but kind of windy. Read Kazan by Curwood. 

1945 Sunday. Redskins over Giants. Robert, Mac & Nancy.

1946 Monday & school. warm. Boys stayed home to kill hogs. Movie 7th period. Like Mr. Reeder more & more every day. 

1947 Tuesday school. Mother & Daddy to the [[Plata?]] to see Cousin Genie. Basketball game - faculty vs. G.P.H.S. team. Faculty loss. Mr. Reeder, [[Freomike?]], Fuller, Dorr, Snodgrass, & Conner played.

1944- Sunday to S. school. Mr & Mrs Church & Howard Perrie in afternoon. warm out today kind of windy.

1945 Monday & school. snowed. Winslow for tracter, isn't coming back. Love (of) died. Saw movie in Home Ec.

1946 Tuesday & school. warm. Daddy to Waldorf. Katie. Like Mr. Reeder more & more. Study period 7th period.

1947 Wednesday & school. Started on Budgets in typing. Game 7th period - Faculty 17 10th grade - 16; rained.
