Stoughton Nov 13th 1935

Dear Folks 
Another stormy day the last two days we have had more rain than we have had all summer it has spoiled my chrysanthemums they have lasted three weeks or more. Lena came up Monday night just before I got home from Caretas so the boquet that we had in the house she carried home it being to dark to get another out by the museum building. Soper came yesterday with more pictures and said Mrs Harrington was coming down to day with some more. she will come this afternoon while Blanch is down to Mrs. Hammonds where she is invited to play cards & have a lunch. they go around this way & entertain in their houses. next Wednesday Mrs Winslow has a card party, the town managers wife  they used to feed their crowd down to Mrs Burnhams but she is used up now the Faxons are trying to build her up. young Nat is going to take her into the hospital in a separate ward and see what can be done. meanwhile Marion Esten
