Dear Folks.
A nice day just a trifle cooler yesterday was very humid, our milk soured during the day we have stopped taking ice long ago but have had these warm days that ice would have come in all right Maude & Ralph came last night Maude's eye is bad Erving says he tells her it will never be any better so she goes in town to have it treated she is worried Mrs Barry says Erving is right, she says it is high blood pressure or the cause of it. I let them read your letter they had a great laugh over your xmas design, they thought it was pretty good. yesterday Wednesday Mrs B went to Wellsley with Phoeby Hill. Careta & Laura Gebheart to have dinner, Mrs Hills sister gave the party down there, they were to play Auction Bridge. after they had dinner they will get home early. the crowd meet around every other thing to different places & have a supper after the game. I should think they would get sick of cards. they don't seem to Mamie Kate would have liked to been invited, she was left out for they can only have four for playing.
