This has been a marvelous day, warm and sunny. Soper came with the proof this foorenoon. they did well on this proof, the others will come this week.
Mrs Harrington came to our house, she said the Christian Science people had been there to see the house they seem sceptical about its being a place where Mrs Eddie wrote her first edition, so she has written a letter about the things I have told his first & last of our life in the house together & Mort told her to see Hattie Smith she being an old companion of mine. so she called on her for references about the old days she knew me, and I gave her a few points on what she had written. Ella was here when she came, she thought her a good smart woman, with a head for business. her husband was waiting for her out in the car meanwhile.
Mrs Barry went to the Chickataubut meeting, they have taken her on as a member, so I entertained in her absence Ella says she wishes she lived nearer where we could see each other often, say run back & forth. I think she is lonesome
