Dear Folks
We are having cool weather Sunday it was stormy but cleared after two O'clock warm & pleasant & then the wind changed to North West & its been that way ever since. Blanch went to church & the Beiches brought her home as usual then after dinner Mrs Burrel call up on the phone saying they were coming over from Holbrook they were the old neighbors who have got her furniture they came & took her over there & she brought over her winter coats when she came back so now she is preparred for winter she thinks. Lena came up about five she stayed untill eight. then Mrs Barry came home in time to hear her favorite Major Bowes. this morning the thermometer stands at just fifty but the paper says it will warm up to day. I guess they had frost in low lands.

Gertrude has got a dog she brought him home Sunday night he is a large strong animal & he barks & whines so he disturbs the whole neighborhood
