hope you have a good holiday wish you might be home to have it with us. she will face it alone with me & of course I have to live accordingly or be thought niggardly.
When Gregory Boleord came to finish up his job we both thought him sober and dont think things are pleasant at home he spoke of Mrs Bamerson I told him she was a good woman + understands sickness, after he said they talked of sending the old man there to be cared for but Uunt Mabel was opposed to having him sent away. he said his wife was all tired out + they could not get any one + he told Mrs Barry his wife was uneducated + there were no modern improvements in the house. so you see no one would stay now a days under those conditions. a man is what they need. so there you are. how long he lives no one can tell. I pity them they should have put improvements into the house. they must be pretty slack, their house has been let + he got his bonus he also has had work now a days people live + have improvements.
I am waiting to know if you want me to send those things for x mas presents. so you can send them away to some friends they are both pretty + useful+ I liked the work you can keep as many as you like yourself. I am going to save a green bag to give Mrs B she likes this one best of all. I am not spending any money for x mas I dont want you to on me ei
