Dear Doris,
Nice + pleasant still this has been a nice fall but our leaves are most gone from the trees, my chrysanthemums are still lovely. glad you are having a good time + getting out. housework is something one can put off. go while you can. Ruby called me up last night. she has let the house on Pleasant St guess she is glad to get away from that old neighborhood. she says Kanute is failing. she says if its possible she will come here + bring over her husband. Mrs B told her she liked him as she knew him. well that pleased her because Stoughton folks are down on him they pity her love hope you are all well Ma
