This man's name is W. J. BRITTIN, b. abt. 1818. Found on US Censuses, etc... George BULLY and wife Ellen and an older Tom (Thomas)Bully and other family members on 1870 US Census in Madison Co., MS. Hampton Bully is also seen on the 1870 US Census with the Bully family listed above George and Ellen.
