I found the name of this Captain. It is Nathaniel George Clement. He is mentioned in a book documenting the history of emancipation. N.G. Clement et al., of the 52nd U.S.C.Infantry (Miss.), in a letter to their Colonel, were protesting that certain officers let their sergeants place their tents in line with higher ranked officers (during the Civil War). He was a Captain.
