now for a change we eat lots of it more than most of folks perhaps.

Too bad the baby had a fall, but they say a baby is going to be a fool, if they dont fall out of bed before they are a year old. the little thing always thought a good deal of sitting to the table at supper time & as it is such a treat I would let her. poor little kiddie mouse how I wish that I could hold her. too bad you are so far [[illegible]] over head making patchwork, every time Pa comes home he has to count the squares & look them over. he takes a great interest in the work. we have had Lolas & Florence Wadleighs cards so early I am going down to get Mrs. Longyear a card to send off to her as she sent one to me last year. Perhaps it may bring us to her mind who knows. I wish she might see Mrs Eddies picture any thing to start the ball a rooling. I am sending along the check it came to day. This neighborhood is pretty busy McGarveys garage is being built & below us on Elgin St the tractor is boaring out a cellar, it will be a blessing when that buzzing stops. I am going down right away to mail this letter & stop to Ralphs on my way home. dont get too tired working on cards. kiss babykins for Gammie.
