I suppose little Betty has forgotten all about me before this & that you have gotten her into better habits. I hope for all your sakes that she does not keep up her three to five fussing but she will come to it in time we think. all it is you must get in all the sleep you possibly can before that. Dont try to do much outside work, the care of her is quite enough to be on ones success without any letup.

Pa says Elizabeth's baby is large, it was fussing the other night when he went in after the order & so she took her up, bigger than our baby when she was here. I must go over there to see them & call on Mrs. Blake too.

My plants were well taken care of, they were looking as well as common & those slips I sit out in dirt as soon as I reached home now I think they will take root.

As soon as my milk comes I am going down to post this letter & get some things at the store. I would like to start some bread for a change. Pa hates so much baker stuff. I get bread at the community store where we get our meat at 9cts a loaf cheap enough isn't it yours
Ma.
