laboring days when the situation and condition of crop and plantation will permit.

It is further agreed that in case the said Antony & his wife, shall absent himself without permission, or shall neglect of refuse to labor, as above stipulated the said Skinner or his Agent, reserves the right to discharge said Antony, from his employ, and the said Antony shall forfeit all wages due him, by virtue hereof, at time of his discharge.

It is further understood and agreed that the said Skinner is to furnish all necessary medicines, and attention when sick to said Antony and his wife,[[strikethrough]]but [[strikethrough]] and is [[strikethrough]]not[[strikethrough]] to be responsible for doctor's bills of said, Antony and his wife. It is further agreed that said Antony, is to suffer a PRO-RATA deduction from his wages and those of his wife for all time lost by him through negligence, indolence or other disability, or disinclination to labor, and during such disability or disinclination the said Antony or his wife, is to be at his own expense and charged in every respect. 

It is further understood and agreed that said Antony or his wife, shall not keep or have any stock or personal property of any kind -including dogs- on said plantation, nor will any public meetings or gatherings on said plantation be permitted without the consent of said Skinner or his Agent. 

In witness where of the said parties here to sign their signs and affix their seals on the day and year first aforesaid.
