the same quality & quantity of corn & fodder as furnished by them we also agree to deliver to them all the cotton seed made by us on said farm we also agree to pay the market prices for all the  bread molasses sugar coffee or other necessaries furnished to us by said party of the first part we also agree to pay for keeping all farming tools and utensils in good repair and should the party of the first fail furnish any new plows hoes axes or other tools or utensils necessary for carrying on said farm we the party of the second part do also agree to pay for them we the party of the second part further agree to do all the necessary repairing on fences on said farm the same farm having more than is used and to keep up such farm and should the fence or any part of them be destroyed by fire or other ways we will immediately and by the directions of said Th. Cato repair the said fence in consideration of the faithful fulfilment of the bargaining agreement by the party of the second part we the part of the first part do covenant and agree to give to the second party one half 1/2 of the cotton corn potatoes and other [[?]] made on the above said farm during the year 1806 and by the labor of the second part Cotton seeds accepted when the same shall have been gathered and ready for market it is also a part of the foregoing agreement that the party of the second part will cultivate a portion of said farm as the party of the first party of the first part deem best provide the interest
