This agreement made and entered into this 6 day of Jany 1866. Between Mrs. Mary O. Buckley of the first part, & John Coleman and his wife Elizabeth Coleman Freedmen of the second part all of the County of Holmes & State of Missi - the said parties of the second part covenants and agrees to do good and faithful work for the said parties of the first part - for the space of one year commencing from this date and ending the 1st day of Jany 1867. The said parties of the second part agrees to cloth themselves and pay their Doctor Bills and to obey all orders of the said party of the [[strikethrough]] second [[/strikethrough]] first part - and to treat the said Mrs. Buckley & family with due respect - & on the said parties of the [[strikethrough]] said [[/strikethrough]] second part furthermore agrees to to loan all time from protracted sickness or unnecessary loss of time.

The said party - of the first part covenants and agrees to pay in U. S. Currencee to the said party of the second part Three Hundred Dollars on the first day of Jany 1867, and furthermore agrees to feed the said parties of the second part,
