or manager - the beginning & leaving off work will be entirely under the control of the employer or manager for all time lost from sickness or other cause & for bad work deductions from the share of such laborer in the crop covering value of rations, will be made- And it is understood & agreed that if any laborer willfully violates the terms of this contract or shall have the plantation without just cause without permission then in that case such laborer may be dismissed from the plantation he or she shall forfeit such interest in the crop as may be adjudged by seven Freedmen on the plantation, to be appointed by the employer or manager - children & dependents to be under the same obligation rules as heads of families, when necessary, punishment will be inflicted on minors by their parents or manager - The laborers shall be divided  into four classes - 2nd class hands to receive one sixth less than first class hands for their share of the crop - 3d class hands to receive one fifth less than 2nd class hands & 4th class hands to receive one fourth less than 3d class hands - Boys and Girls to be assigned shares according to service rendered - When a laborer does not perform work assigned to one class he or she may be reduced to an inferior class - The manager alone shall be the judge of the classification -
