Changed that the parties to this contract have not been settled with They live this year with J. H. Bunch Honey Island

then they will be sold by said Warfield & their proceeds divided by above rule among said laborers They to furnish bagging & rope for the produce -  The aforesaid freedmen will be responsible for the neglect & abuse of all species of property placed under their charge such as mules, gear, tools &ct - and all allowances granted by this contract will be forfeited in case said freedmen as in above, or individually, fail to carry out its terms - In testimony whereof the said Warfield, their employer, & the undersigned freedmen have hereto set their hands & seals
