Transcription Notes:
Lots of STAMPLEY families in Yazoo Co., MS. It was definitely "STAMPLEY" on a previous image. Looked up HAMPLEY, and none in or around this place. Found on 1870 US Census. Also, Thomas C BURCH - T C Burch, Yazoo Co., MS, on Slave Schedule - so he owned slaves before 1866.
