Transcription Notes:
Re-edited. Do not use indentations. When no periods after an initial, leave a space. If has a period, then no space needed. A.E.G.H.E & E. The period is like a space. Re-opened for editing: first transcribed as "Kelly Emily" but it looks more like "Henry Emily" to me, and the initials of the signed parties are "H.E." which makes Henry seem more likely. On a following document, the name Henry is used alongside these other recognizable names as well. Changed a few other minor typos.
