(to wit, Cary, Jack & Lucey. Shall labor for the said party of the first part for and during the year of 1866 & [[?]] the following time to wit The said party of the first part agrees to give the said parties of the second part. One Sixty part of all the Cotton Corn fodder & potatoes raised on the plantation of the party of the first part in the year 1866. And the said [[strikethrough]] parties [[/strikethrough]] party of the first part agrees to furnish said miners [[minors]] with Quarters rations & fuel 

And the said party of the second part and her said miners [[minors]] are to pay their own medical bills. And it is agreed on the part of the parties of the second part that they will well and faithfully do and perform any and all labor that the said party of the first part or her agent may require of them for the time afforesaid. It is further agreed
