Parnell instead of Yarnell? YES!!! I have seen this "P" several times on these images.
The last name is not Le How!! Le "Flo--" - I believe it is written as "Le Flore". I don't see any Le Flour or Le Flow on the Censuses. Did find a Winston LeFlore as a Veteran of the war. The last letter "e" is that sideways capital "E" we see in writing of this period.
