& Patience Gibson freedman and freedwoman in the following ration:— Mary D. Gibson is to have two thirds of the crop so raised and the freedman and freedwoman are to have one third— to be divided between them in such manner as they may desire.

It is agreed that said freedman are to furnish their own clothes and pay their own doctors bill & Taxes, out of their share of the crop as aforesaid.

The testimony whereof the undersigned have hereunto set their hands & seals this day of Jan, 1866
