I have the honor to forward herewith three months supply (10) blank School reports for use of School at Osceola. Reports Should be made in triplicate- one copy for this office, and one copy each for the agent and the teacher.

General:
I have the honor to enclose herewith letter from Lieut. E. H. Mix Agent at Osceola Miss. Co., asking how the funds which he considers as appropriated to aid the school at that place, are to be obtained. 
Assuming that the building there is suitable for a school house, I respectfully suggest that rent at the rate of $20.00 a month be allowed for the same to the close of the present school year, July 1st 1868; provided only that a school is maintained under a competent teacher and reports duly made to this office.
