Dear Sir,
I have requested the Assistant Commissioner to authorize the purchase of one stove and pipe, two tables with drawers and locks & Six chairs for the use of the Camden School house.
I trust the teacher will see that the furniture is kept unmarred for a long time, which will require great and constant vigilance. The use of tobacco in the school house should be absolutely prohibited. It may be necessary to have the house cleared of pupils and doors closed at the noon recess.-
Mr. [underlined] Vickers [/underlined] bills will be promptly paid by the Disbursing Officer.

I have the honor to state that copies of deeds to School house sites at Pine Bluff, Little Rock, Fort Smith, Batesville & Helena, are not on file in this office. I respectfully suggest that such copies, or certificates from the Register of Deeds equivalent to the same, be secured through the Bureau Agents at these places.
