Sir:
Will you have the kindness to forward future reports on or before the last day of the month-otherwise I shall not be able to incorporate them in my consolidated which is made up the 10th.
I consulted the Asst. Com. about Supplying more desks & seats to the Van Buren school house. The conclusion was that we would not be warranted in so doing-but will pay rent for one or more rooms

if they are required.
I have ordered the ink-wells forwarded by Express.
Sent you register and blanks immediately on my return here.  Notify me when more are wanted, in season.

Dear Sir:-Twenty-nine ink-wells are wanted for the desks at Van Buren-none were received. Please send the number by Express to "S.F. Cooper Van Buren, Ark." The goods should come via Little Rock, and if you make any charge make it to my account, as public funds for so small an amount can not easily be secured.
