Yours of the 24 net. is just at hand.  The statistics (except location of the school) are sufficiently full.
When your school is re-opened (which I hope will be in the fall) we will give you ten dollars ($10.00) a month for rent of a school house.  I shall want to know the number of pupils enrolled at that time and to whom rent is payable.  Also a monthly report like the one sent you will be expected from the teacher promptly at the end of each month while rent continues.

Yours of the 6th inst. is before me.  In the matter of the compensation of Mr. & Mrs. Hughes, teachers at Camden, the situation, briefly stated is as follows;
1. The parties are qualified public school teachers, and
2. They have rendered satisfactory service as such for a term of seven months. 
3. For five months before the close of the term they were prepared to comply with the legal formalities.
4. The trustee of the district declines to enter into an agreement for the payment
