Geyer J.C.
Lewisburg Ark.,

Dear Sir,

I sent you the best board by the last up-river boat - hope it reached you.

If you expect rent for August or any following month you must return to me duplicated vouchers (which I send you today) with the receipts signed by yourself, and the teacher's report must be filled and signed by teacher and forwarded so as to reach me by the 5th of the following month without fail.

Very Respectfully
Wm M. Colby.
Supt. Education.

Clark Calvin,
Helena Ark.

You are entitled to just such a school house at the Asylum as the enclosed specifications call for. If you have not such a one and will report the deficiencies to Henry Page Disbursing officer, Little Rock, I think from a conversation had with him that he will have the contract fully carried out.

Respectfully
Wm M. Colby Supt Ed
