Dear Sir,

Will you at every favorable opportunity tell your trustees that I want only the signature to the receipt at the foot of the vouchers - not a pen-scratch more. Many begin thus: "AB, Trustee school District so & so," and others fill in amounts etc, which is all wrong, and delays the receipt of the money, as new vouchers have to be made. Trustees may - should be glad to have them - sign the teachers report, but I do not insist upon it.

Respy,
Wm. M. Colby, Supt. Ed.
