Stuart Mrs Mary B. Washington Ark. Madam:- In reply to your request of the 3rd inst. on behalf of C.L. Sutton Esq., trustee, for a release from rent of the government school house while used for a public free School for children regardless of color, I would respectfully state that the same is to be furnished the district free of charge for the present and the preceding time, unless the district fails to compensate Mary B.
