Henderson Hon. E.E.
Fayetteville Ark. -

Dear Sir: - Yours of the 18th enclosing school report & rent vouchers is received. Vouchers for Sep. & Nov. have been forwarded to Washington and the amount, $20.00. will be forwarded to Mr. Barnes just as soon as received here which I venture to hope will be within ten days. If vouchers for October were sent me I failed to get them, although I held my report open till Dec. 15th waiting for them. Can the school report & vouchers for Dec. be forwarded a little earlier?

Should be very glad to go up to Fayetteville & institute a Lodge of Good Templars but should I be unable to do so some other provisions could be made.

Very truly yours,
Wm M. Colby,
Supt. Edn.
