of dictating what course the Board should pursue.  So it is made my duty to cooperate with local school officers in the freedmen's school work I take the liberty to suggest what seems to me the most feasible method of so doing.  All parties are certainly at liberty to act with entire freedom and in such a manner as to them seems best.

Hoping these suggestions may be accepted in the spirit in which they are made and that the largest success may attend your efforts.  I am
